ABOUT BALDO DIODATO: Born in Naples in 1938. Diodato left Naples very early, but not before having accumulated significant experience within the groups that animated the Neapolitan art of the early 60s. His important exhibition at Lucio Amelio's Modern Art Agenzy dates back to 1966. Then it is America where he settled from 1966 to 1992. A quarter of a century in New York, in close contact with the anima mundi of postmodernity. And finally the return to Ithaca. In '92 Diodato moved back to Italy, in Rome. He currently lives and works in Rome.

The critic Achille Bonito Oliva says of him: - "Eccentric artist, extraneous to any defined school or current. He moves without rigidity between painting, sculpture, performance".
