PLOT: Clayton Patterson photographs life and people in NYC. His work, often of controversial subject, has invoked positive change for the homeless, the residents of lower Manhattan, and humanity as a whole. His work has given a face and voice to people on the edge that otherwise, in many ways are ranked as outcasts and cast aside. Clayton worked integrally with Guggenheim Lab BMW on the first leg of their six year and continental exhibit and spoke extensively at the Lab's LES showing of Captured, a movie about the artist and his work to expose police brutality on the Homeless in Tompkins Park. Watch here and learn from a master at his craft, the Mayor of the Lower East Side!
